Terms & Conditions

1. General

The Seeds of Legacy Auction is organized by Legacy Trustee Berhad 1556314-V (LTB).

All proceeds from the auction will benefit:

• Legacy Trustee Berhad’s Scholar Trust
• Sambong Future Foundation
• Asli Gen Legacy

2. Participation

• Bidding is open to all registered attendees of the Seeds of Legacy Charity Night.
• By placing a bid, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Auction Mechanics

• Bidding will be conducted via https://bid.legacytrusteeberhad.com/
• Each item will have a starting bid and minimum bid increment.
• Auction closes at a designated time during the Charity Night (13th September 2025).
• Highest bidder at the closing time wins the item.
• Highest bidder will be informed via email and payment information to be provided.

• Payment must be made within 3 days after the auction ends
• Payment proof to be sent to seedsoflegacy@legacytrusteeberhad.com
• Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer

Once payment is confirmed, item(s) will be arranged for delivery/collection.

6. Disputes

All auction decisions are final. LTB reserves the right to disqualify any fraudulent bid or suspicious activity.

7. Disclaimer

• LTB and partners are not liable for any damage/loss to items after handover.
• Items are sold “as is” with descriptions provided to the best of our knowledge.
